• Original packaging, tags, labels, or invoice are missing.

• The claim relates to excess fabric or embellishment used in photo shoots, unless explicitly stated on the website.

• The item was purchased from an unauthorized seller. Always shop via saltbyideas.com (delivered in our official Ideas flyer/box).

International Orders

• Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

Note: International orders must be received in Ideas-branded packaging (box sealed with Ideas tape). Claims without original packaging will not be entertained.

Refund Policy
