Local Orders:

  • All items purchased from saltbyideas.com are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked!

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry Form.

  • We offer FREE pickup for customers opting for the online exchange process.

  • The process typically takes 7–10 working days.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

An item can be exchanged if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is provided.

Exchange Not Applicable If:

  • The exchange request is made after 30 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • Original packaging, tags, labels, or invoice are missing.

  • The claim relates to excess fabric or embellishment used in photo shoots, unless explicitly stated on the website.

  • The item was purchased from an unauthorized seller. Always shop via saltbyideas.com (delivered in our official Ideas flyer/box).

International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are allowed only under specific circumstances:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • The customer cancels the order before shipment processing begins (only for credit/debit card orders).

  • A product is found defective during quality control and cannot be replaced due to unavailability.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation
