Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 25,000 within Pakistan. To select COD at checkout:

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • Enter your billing and shipping details.

  • Choose “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method.

  • Confirm your order and note the Order Number shown on the "Thank You" page.

No additional cash handling charges apply. Only standard courier charges will be added.

This service is available throughout Pakistan. COD is not offered for international orders.

In most cases, all items are shipped together. Full payment is required upon delivery. If your order is split, you’ll be informed in advance, and payment will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, shipping costs may vary based on the weight of your order. For international shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

The courier will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned. Please ensure your mobile number, address, and postal code are entered accurately at checkout.

Order Delivery

Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on product size and availability. Orders placed before 1 PM on working days are usually processed the same day.

Delays may occur due to stock availability or pending payment verification. In certain cases, we may request additional payment confirmation to process your order.

Within Pakistan: A flat fee of PKR 249 applies to all orders.

International orders: Charges vary by destination and package weight. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted zones. Customs restrictions vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local authorities about:

  • Quantity or value limits

  • Material restrictions

  • Applicable taxes and duties

If an item cannot be imported and is returned, all related shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Orders are typically shipped together. In case of any exceptions, you will be notified and charges adjusted accordingly.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can use it in the Order Tracking section on our website to check your delivery status.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout once the shipping address is added. For logged-in users with saved addresses, charges are shown automatically.

Yes, we ship most products internationally. However, Fillings and Fragrances are not eligible for international delivery due to customs restrictions.

International orders are usually delivered via DHL Express within 8–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), after order processing.

No. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Charges depend on your country’s customs regulations.

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered via our courier partners such as TCS using express shipping.

  • International Orders: Shipped through DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

Managing Your Account & Orders

  • Click on the profile icon — located at the top right on desktop and bottom right on mobile.

  • From the profile menu, select “Signup/Login” to access the signup flow.

  • Fill in your details and click “Sign Up” to complete registration.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and submit. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

  • Once logged in, open the profile menu and select “Profile Settings” to update your username, email, phone number, or password.

  • To manage your delivery addresses, go to the “Shipping Addresses” page from the profile menu. There, you can view, edit, or set your default address.

  • If you need to change the delivery address for an order you have already placed, contact customer support immediately. Changes are only possible before the order is processed.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, an SMS is sent for confirmation. Reply “1” to confirm. In some cases, we may follow up with a phone call.

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g. sales), orders may be processed without confirmation for regular customers.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing an order.

  • Orders with online payment are processed after verification. COD orders are processed post-confirmation (SMS/Call).

Log in to your account and go to “My Orders” to view order status, history, and details.

Unfortunately, products marked as “Out of Stock” or “Unavailable” are not available for purchase.

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. After processing, no changes or additions can be made.

  • Payment Pending Authorization: Awaiting confirmation from the payment gateway.

  • Order Cancelled: Order has been canceled.

No, only available items can be ordered. Out-of-stock items cannot be pre-ordered.
