How to check out with Yeylo

Yeylo is JazzCash’s buy now, pay later service. Your order is split into three equal monthly installments — one today, one in 30 days, one in 60 days. A 15% service charge applies to the order value, spread across the three payments. Cashback is calculated on the order value, not on the service charge.

  1. Fill your cart

    Shop at saltbyideas.com and reach Rs. 4,000 or more before you check out.

  2. Select JazzCash & Yeylo

    On the payment page, choose JazzCash & Yeylo, then select Yeylo — pay in 3 instalments.

  3. Enter your CNIC and wallet number

    Use the CNIC and JazzCash wallet number that belong together. A mismatched pair is the most common reason an order fails here.

  4. Check your installment plan

    Yeylo shows the three installments and the amount payable today. Keep enough balance in your wallet to cover the first one.

  5. Confirm with your MPIN

    How you enter it depends on your network — see the note below. Don’t refresh the page while it goes through.

  6. Get your cashback

    Your cashback lands in your JazzCash account 10 to 15 days after the first installment is paid.

Entering your MPIN

On Jazz: a prompt appears on your phone asking for your MPIN. Enter it and wait — don’t refresh the page until the order is placed. You’ll be returned to saltbyideas.com and get a confirmation SMS.

On any other network: no prompt appears. Open the JazzCash App, tap Account at the top right, go to Payment Requests, open the transaction you’re completing, and enter your MPIN. Then return to the browser tab — your order will be placed and the confirmation SMS will follow.

Before you check out

Yeylo runs its own eligibility check at checkout. Knowing what it looks at saves a failed order.

You can use Yeylo if

  • You have an active JazzCash account with the app installed.
  • Your wallet holds enough to cover the first installment today.
  • You meet Yeylo’s credit scoring criteria.
  • Your cart sits inside your Yeylo spending limit (Rs. 100 to Rs. 50,000).

You may be declined if

  • Your wallet balance is short of the first installment.
  • Your Yeylo credit score is below the threshold.
  • You have a ReadyCash loan or an unpaid Yeylo balance outstanding.
  • The cart is above your assigned spending limit.
  • The CNIC and wallet number you entered don’t match.

Paying the rest

The second and third installments fall due 30 and 60 days after purchase, and are auto-deducted from your JazzCash wallet on those dates. You can also pay early at no extra cost, which frees up your spending limit straight away.

In the JazzCash App

  • Open the app and tap the Yeylo Buy Now, Pay Later icon.
  • Go to the Repayment tab and follow the prompts.

By dialling *786#

  • Select 9 for Buy Now, Pay Later.
  • Choose 1 for full payment or 2 for partial payment.
  • Enter your MPIN to confirm.

If an installment is missed

JazzCash will auto-deduct the amount as soon as funds are available in your wallet. Continued non-payment is reported to eCIB and affects your credit score, and any outstanding balance has to be cleared before you can use Yeylo again.

Questions

How much cashback will I actually get?

35% of your order value, up to Rs. 3,500. Orders of around Rs. 10,000 reach that ceiling, so anything above still gets Rs. 3,500.

Is the cashback calculated before or after the service charge?

Before. Cashback is worked out on the order value only. On a Rs. 10,000 order you get 35% of Rs. 10,000, not of the Rs. 11,500 you pay in total.

What is the 15% service charge?

It’s Yeylo’s charge for splitting your payment, 5% added to each of the three installments. A Rs. 10,000 order is repaid as three installments of Rs. 3,833.

When does the cashback arrive?

10 to 15 days after your first installment is paid. If the first installment isn’t paid, no cashback is issued.

Where is it credited?

To the JazzCash account you used at checkout.

Nothing happened after I entered my details. What now?

If you’re not on Jazz, no MPIN prompt appears on your phone. Open the JazzCash App, go to Account, then Payment Requests, find the transaction and enter your MPIN there. Keep the browser tab open while you do it.

Can I pay by card or cash on delivery instead?

You can, but the order won’t qualify. This offer applies only to orders paid through JazzCash Yeylo.

What if I return the order?

Online orders can be refunded within 14 days of the order date, handled by SALT by Ideas. Refunded or cancelled orders aren’t eligible for cashback, and any cashback already credited may be reversed.

Can I use the offer more than once?

Yeylo allows one cashback per customer per month, and Rs. 3,500 is the most a single customer can earn during this campaign.

Terms and conditions

  1. The offer runs from 15 September to 30 September only.
  2. Customers receive 35% cashback when paying through JazzCash Yeylo on saltbyideas.com.
  3. Cashback is calculated on the principal order value, excluding the 15% Yeylo service charge.
  4. Cashback is capped at Rs. 3,500 per customer. Anything calculated above this is paid at Rs. 3,500.
  5. The minimum order value is Rs. 4,000. Orders below this are not eligible.
  6. Yeylo applies a 15% service charge on the order value, added as 5% to each of the three installments. This charge is set by JazzCash and is payable by the customer.
  7. Only JazzCash Yeylo transactions qualify. Cash on delivery, debit and credit cards, and other wallets are excluded.
  8. Cashback is processed 10–15 days after the first installment is paid. Customers who do not pay the first installment will not receive cashback.
  9. Yeylo permits one cashback per customer per calendar month.
  10. Cashback is credited to the JazzCash account used for the transaction.
  11. Eligibility, credit scoring and spending limits (Rs. 100 to Rs. 50,000) are determined by JazzCash. SALT by Ideas has no role in approving or declining a Yeylo transaction.
  12. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promo code, or cashback campaign unless stated otherwise.
  13. Online orders may be refunded within 14 days of the order date, initiated by SALT by Ideas. Cancelled, returned or refunded orders are not eligible for cashback, and cashback already credited may be reversed.
  14. Transactions found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these terms will be disqualified.
  15. SALT by Ideas and JazzCash may amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
